I saw one of these at the PNE in Vancouver back in the mid 90s. It's such a weirdly slow game because of its size. Glad I got to see it on an actual location considering only 500 were made.
i went head to head with Koi Morris on Hercules..... he beat me two out of three games. Years earlier i took a friend and his kids to Tarpon Springs to play pinball. We have an adorable picture of his then 6 or 7 year old daughter straining to reach both flipper buttons
Joe’s Playland at Salisbury Beach, MA has had a Hercules for at least the past 30 years. Unfortunately that arcade does not give a hoot about maintenance on any of their games. Poor Hercules has been out of order for the past 10 years at least. Currently missing the plunger and coin doors are all jammed up. None of their pinball machines are really 100% playable, it’s such a shame. They get brand new games in, and 3 months later it’s beyond repair.
The one at past times plays really well. I think the ball switch has a lot to do with it. And its the best maintained Hercules I've ever played. Its rather fun in all honesty. I think everyone should stop in and check it out!
If only ONE prototype of Bigfoot was ever made, I PLAYED IT. Contemporary Hotel, circa 1979-81-ish, Walt Disney World, Orlando. Not a false memory of Hercules, either. It was Bigfoot and it was played with a ski-ball. You don't forget things like that. I guarantee you AT LEAST one more of your viewers knows what I am talking about.

I actually got to see and play this game in the wild late 80s/early 90s. Pretty crazy to see it again. Thanks.

Glad to see it got fixed. Was there on Sunday and it was down.
Uses a cue ball?! 😮

The fact that you play the game with a cue ball sized ball is a trip from what I've seen though it plays really slow

Flap them flippers. Flip them flappers. Gee, I was hoping to see you play it for a few minutes. Thanks for the vid.
I actually know a place to play this. “Flower City Arcade”, Rochester, NY. 15 bucks play all day.
