Now that’s my kind of “Wake” buddy!! These redfish are going to have to smarten up if they expect a long life down there when the PUA camper rolls in for the day. That water is just so glassy wow
At the very end I did tie straight to the braid. I use very light braid (15 lbs) and with dirty water those redfish don’t see it at all. I accidentally bought 12 lb. fluorocarbon leader line and it was breaking off after a few catches. Will have to save that for trout fishing. On the baitcaster I’m using P-line - 12 lb fluorescent green. It’s a very cool line and also low visibility for the reds so no need for leader. Old school stuff I learned about talking to some real nice old timers down there. Thanks for watching! Cheers.

Thanks a lot! Indeed one solid day. Long, long good bite. Ready for more soon.
Cheers and hope all is well at your end.
Did you tie straight braid to your lure? No leader? Nevermind, I heard the twang of the mono.
