All of the Sparkles that are dead or die in the beginning either have a white or no mask on, whereas Red Mask continues on through, killing five until there's only one bullet, and one White Mask left. The middle part seems to be a discussion between the two of them
RM: There's only one bullet left, wanna play a game?
WM: What's your wager?
RM: The life of a faker.
From that point, idk if RM is supposed to be Aha or perhaps just Sparkle's connection to Elation while WM might be original self still sticking around. The whole thing smacks of an internal war between selves (or masks) with only two left standing, which also was addressed in "Behind the Curtain." (Where the mask is first a place to hide behind, then she feels like it's in sync with her, and then it's suddenly doing whatever it wants) And to me, it looks like it appears that RM is the one that's shot, near the end, it's the WM that gets killed, mask dropping into the water before it merges into the red & white mask.
Or maybe they both 'died' but keep up this back and forth battle within Sparkle, not to determine who Sparkle is, but actually defining it through the constant internal battle of personas.
I have SO MANY THOUGHTS about Aha and THEIR dynamic with the fools. I think there's something very deliberate and similar between all the fools that I want to eventually talk about.
@@iamemamae Well from what I remember, Aha gives each Fool a mask imbued with his power. (Which come to think of it, makes me think RM is Aha or an aspect of him even more) So, I wouldn't be surprised if they were connected in some way beyond just being Fools of Elation.
With the Persona Gun reference.... Sparkle is simply a Persona she takes on. She's multiple personality. The mask color, from what I can tell, denotes her level of sanity at the time. White is how she was originally, just Hanabi, red mask is full on unhinged insanity. As her mask is usually half and half I think it's a sign of her personas fighting for control. Full red mask is Chaotic Evil Sparkle, full white mask is, I don't know if I'd say truly good, but maybe some sort of Neutral Good, and the half and half mask would be.... idk Lawful Evil? Like she's still evil but she still follows some rule of some sort. She's certainly an interesting character.
I honestly think Sampo is more likely to be the Emanator of Elation. There's nothing saying Evil can't be elated, but Sampo's personality fits much closer with the Aha we meet in the Simulated Universe, mirthful but not malevolent. Although she does say "I am elation!" I don't know if we should take that at face value, in fact, anything involving a Masked Fool is hard to take at face value if not impossible. The only thing you can expect with "The Elation" is the unexpected.
Also their intentional 4th wall breaks are easy to catch, but both Sampo AND Sparkle have 4th wall breaks that aren't 4th wall breaks unless you read into it a different way. Also funny thing is if you've done her companion mission(with Black Swan), each case has a "red herring" to throw you off that particular case's answer.... however the ENTIRE mission itself is also a red herring designed to make you think inside a box of Sparkle's choosing(I think she might have even said something along those lines actually). Not all is as it seems.
See, I personally prefer the story if sampo is Emenator too, but I also think Sparkle is...just more likely to be one, because she embodies chaos a lot more closely. Although you are correct that we should be hesitent when trying to apply any logic to the fools.

I noticed something... Was it me, or did Sparkle leaked those puppets of Order in the beginning? And in Firefly's trailer, she leaked the mecanic Borisin of 2.4, or am I going bonkers?
Mhm, that's what happened - star rail uses upcoming enemies in their character trailers to spice things up :)
@iamemamae True, but don't you find it odd that among all characters, Sparkle is the only one who does it, considering that she cooperated with Elio... AGH, THAT CRAZY FOOL IS MAKING ME GOING BONKERS
I can't believe that thought of her being possibly actually Aha never came to my mind! You may be onto something.
I'm gonna release a little short about it later. I think it's more complicated than "is she" or "isn't she"
I haven't pulled her yet. But, I would assume you could tell she is an emanator of Aha... with the Rating Gun on Herta's ship. Such as you can't tell the rating with Jin Yuan, March, and of course Sampo ( the possible emanator of elation). Idk let me know someone who pulled for her.

I'm thinking Aha is the (red) mask. Red mask Sparkle got White mask Sparkle to shoot her in the head, and afterwards she had the half-red half-white mask that the sparkle we get in the game wears. The Sparkle with the red mask is the most unhinged, so I would speculate like others have that the level of Aha's influence is represented by the amount of red on the mask.
'Sparkle' may be the interplay of human and aeon. No doubt having the Elation cune one's brain would drive any mortal utterly insane.
Yeah, I think Aha is red too. Strangely, tho, there's more than one version of the red mask in her in-game animations. It's odd.
