It's Maggie cup noodles...in earlier shop...atta Maggie was also modified Indian ..and you said correctly... Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries Maggie have separate seasoning packet but Indian has usually single...but trust me...we Indian have more options of noodles...and since quality failure of Maggie reported few years ago... Indians are preferring other noodles more than Maggie... hope you enjoyed a lot... however personally we Indian making fry kind of noodles using thin noodles...my favourite one is carrot...some loved Haka like... awesome video ❤️❤️❤️
Nowadays indian stores are short of normal maggi. The one which you got is not the same as the normal masala maggi. The taste is different and this one is not eaten in Indian homes usually.

Maggi atta noodles are closer to Indian maggi than the cup noodles. Atta noodles are just whole wheat noodles with regular masala and some veggies added to it.
Fact why Indian Maggie cup noodles is less spicy is because of less quantity of masala added in it. I would suggest buy Maggie masala packets separately and mix it according to taste . In India it will cost us 5rs per packet which is very cheap.

Here in Melbourne, we're quite lucky to have stores that have a wide range of instant noodles from Malaysia such as Maggi, Cintan, Mamee, etc. On a work stint to India for a few years, I always looked forward to my parents visiting me from Malaysia as they would bring me instant noodles from there. Somehow, the instant noodles from Malaysia always tasted and felt better in terms of quality and flavour.

Papadam is slightly different from appalam. Papadam is mostly used in Kerala and appalam in Tamil Nadu. Taste is slightly different. Papadam is fluffier.
