    Man speak on it! Glad to hear administrators speak about how broken the system is. Principals take a lot of the blame when it's really the executive directors and other district administrators pulling the strings as I'm sure someone is pulling theirs.

      Because she got her principal certification in May why would that not make her good enough for "Harvard ES." This sounds like a bunch of saditty folks who want a certain demographic leading there school. My first year as a leader and the sole leadership position at a company, I received many accolades, and was called a "natural leader that we needed." Cut the crap!!

    KPRC- Keep looking at HISD. Ask hard questions about the NES model- it is a false doctrine. I would ask you to do FOIA requests on Miles and his Executive Directors why Miles wanted to get rid of QUALIFIED leaders to be replaced by sycophants.

    Everyone wants to blame FMM but , What most people dont know is that the executive directors have a lot to do w schools losing teachers and principals. The news should start looking into who these executives or ED's are.

    • @dbirdwell
      @dbirdwell วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Miles is in charge. He micromanages. He chose those Executive Directors. Luz M came from Dallas ISD, and Miles brought many of his “reform” minions who were still in DISD after Miles quit.
      He was the worst thing to happen to Dallas in decades.

    As a former employee for HISD, I always thought the district was too big to maintain and should be split up into four different districts.

    I found it interesting that the " run away principle " got her principal certification in May and based on that the " active parents didn't like that. I have no clue what is going on but having a voice does not mean getting the final decision.

    I just can’t respect an AP or principal who was in the classroom for less than 5 years. Also they should have taught either ELA, Science, Social studies, or Math. This guy is talking about people just wanting to move up and getting those positions but that’s literally what he did. 3 years in the classroom and then became an AP? Nah, I’ll pass.
