You get the option to continue the campaign as infinite at the end of it anyways so it doesn't really matter what size you pick. At least I don't think it matters.

I feel like these campaigns end way too quickly before you can get to the awesome late war stuff? Like 76mm shermans, pershings, M10s etc.
I guess putting them to extra large(which is what Ive done to my stream campaign) might help a bit
