Hi am a big fan of your videos. I was diagnosed with mild colitis but after treatment i started bleeding alot and also my pain increased. Whenever i try to lie down on my back, i have this uneasy feeling. I didn't do capsule endoscopy so could it be crohnscolitis?
Priyanka S hi! I am glad my videos can help. I do not know what your diagnosis is, but I do think it is a great idea to talk to your doctor about an endoscopy. Also, try lying down on your left side. For some reason your body and gi tract are better aligned and relaxed when you lay on your left side so it might help you feel more comfortable! I am sorry you are struggling to figure out exactly what is going on, but I wish you all the luck 💖
