Just bought this scope and have found it to be better than the arken and the strike eagle . Looks like one of the lenses in your scope has a defect when assembled
i dont know much about scopes. building an AR-10 .308 long gun and started looking into scopes and finding joe was a godsend to me. learned more than i ever knew i didnt know...lol. he really helped me make my choice for a scope. solid real life hard testing. good stuff. easy to understand.

Thanks Joe ! I have a Athlon that shows incredibly ghostly apparitions. It frightened me at first. Now I’m just used to it. Now when I look through my Sightron the clarity scares me. I dunno which is worse.
For Y'all's Information... All of these scope "companies" (new and old) are simply contracting/paying one of a hand full of different scope manufacturing facilities/factories overseas to make their design, based on logo, tube and turret shape and size, and choice of glassware.

I got their 4-20x50 ,it has great glass. Turrets are 2nd focal plane moa and gave me hard time zeroing using grid references. Something did not mesh.1/4 moa per click adjustments did not match shot placement measurements as seen thru glass
Thanks for your efforts Joe! Did you manage to come across Meopta Optika6 scopes? They are a big hit here in Europe, good quality, great prices, shitty looks imo. Not much competition here, tho. The Meopta Meosport 3-15x50 is also a great one for the price.

Any update on the replacement Joe thanks for the vids it helped me narrow down the 2 scopes Arkin and Zero Tech sadly in Australia there a lot more expensive here so don't want to buy the wrong scope AGAIN :(
Whats important to me, is that a scope used for rough walk and stalk hunting in South Africa is resistant against my clumsy ass. It should keep its zero and adjust perfectly. I am convinced that the ZT scopes will do just that!

But in saying that tell me what manufacturer that doesnt have a factory with in Asia be it in China or Philippines. Burris Bushnell Zerotech are from the same factory. Using old Nikon bodies at first. Japanese glass yadda yadda yadda

There is no way they are all going to be like that, you got a dud. I’ve got a zero tech, glass is the same if not slightly better than my mates vortex that is almost 2D more expensive! Send it back to them they will hate to see you unhappy!
