The only way to improve your bike skills is time in the seat and your sure getting a lot of that with the assistance of dad (and mum) that's so awesome. Great scenery by the way what a beautiful part of the country.
Great ride guys, well done spotting the Koala ( we need to look after them ), yesterday the 05.12.24 I rode for the first time from Mittagong to Wombeyan caves, on the Wombeyan caves road. The road from Mittagong to Goodman's Ford Bridge was good, but from Goodman's Ford Bridge to Wombeyan Caves was very sketchy with many washouts and with many fallen rocks on the road, some the size of footballs I almost dropped my DR650 a few times. I had six feral goats run out in front of me for some added excitement!, all up for me it was a 450klms round trip for the day Great video's and well done
That was a remarkable adventure. Observing the koala and her baby in their natural habitat was a delightful experience. I last saw a koala at the San Diego Zoo in California, U.S.A.
Well done rem enjoying your adventures it's rewarding when you get to were your going in one piece and get to see things alot of people don't. Looking forward to the next one enjoy.
Well done to you both. It’s steep county around those parts. It’s in my neck of the woods. For future reference, an easier but still scenic route through beautiful farmland is to take the turn out of Gloucester to Forbesdale. It turns into the Waukivory road and goes via Markwell to Buladelah. From there you can either head to Tea Gardens on the Mayall Lakes via the Eco Resort and the ferry, which is a beautiful coastal route, or head west along the Bowral Road and turn down the Branch Lane to the village of Karuah. There’s also another option of heading further south of Gloucester to Wards River and taking Johnson’s Creek Road to Stroud before rejoining the Buckets Way to the highway and south to Newcastle. Fantastic ride you did anyway. Challenging yourself and as always the camera flattens out the actual steepness of the terrain. You did awesome 🙌 Cheers, Andy
I think you're an awesome rider. At least you're out there having a go! I'm just sitting here watching... 😅 Wait! Did you go from heatherbrae to Gosford on the road? You missed the watagans? It's all dirt to Sydney from just sourh of the jayco place. 😮 Great vid. Thanks for sharing.
You are definitley Australia Norely from "Itchy Boots" youtube. Norely has been all over the world ridr her bikes she also has been in Australia. Keep ridng safely.
confidents is the key!!!! dont think about falling over :D Just go for it! all your viewer know.. you can easy do it!! but if it looks steep on cam... yeah it really is steep.. but dont pull the clutch downhill. first gear engine braking is the best to do
You're doing good Rem , but if you put more weight on your pegs & less on your seat or stand on the down hill you will be able to slide your backside to the rear of the bike, this can give you better traction and ability to let the bike do its thing. Practice. Yes, I tire out easy, too. But if a rock or rut changes your tract, compensate with the mass of your backside, hard to do while seated. Watch your Dad.
Great video, thanks. I enjoy watching your adventures . What type of navigator and mounting system do you use on the Rally as I would like to get one for my daughter.
Thank You! I currently use a 'Garmin Zumo XT2 Motorcycle Sat Navigator,' we have just mounted it using the bracket the Garmin came with and have just drilled it into the existing Honda windscreen bracket.
Hello miss Good night. Your video is very nice. But you are must want more training. It will take Time. You are step by step IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR DRIVING. BUT IT WANT MORE TIME. BEST 👍💯OF LUCK FOR YOUR LEARNING DRIVING. THANK 🙏YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS🎥
Check these out Rem How To Ride Rocks| Enduro Riding Tip - SoCal Off-road Riding School channel and How To Ride Water Crossings|Enduro Riding Tip same channel. For the downhills stand, bent at the hips, elbows out and bum to rear over the rear wheel/axle. I never go down in neutral as some do. Engine brake, then gentle front and rear as required. As soon as I lose traction , a wheel locks and begins to slide come off the brakes, allow the engine to brake and wheels to roll and then recommence braking as appropriate.

That down hill was super steep! I would much rather climb a hill, than go down one.
These shots are absolutely amazing my friend! Place looks great!
