We all use to run in packs like this as kids/teens but somewhere between 17 to 25 this crap gets old. Some of us get older around 18 to 25 and realize our hidden dreams and goals have nothing in common with the people we hung with as kids/teens.

These kids only hangout because of close proximity. As they get older, most of them will probably part ways and move on to bigger and better things. Sadly, not all of them will even make it to 25.

I am from Fort Greene Projects, and I moved away after my grandmother passed in 2001. I said that if my grandma was not there, neither will I. The gentrification began when the MetroTech Project was conceived in the 1970's and by the time 1989 came along, the project was already in progress. I love my home place, but not enough to move back or visit. But I'm glad that FG was represented in a manner that doesn't constantly bring up negative points.

It’s amazing how I’m watching these young Kings! I’m and raised in Fort Greene Projects. I remember saying the same things and doing what they are doing in this video back in 1987 and I very sure they I came up with there parents. I remember different sides of the project having Beef reach other and you couldn’t even be seen on that side unless you have some real Street Credit. Example if you from the middle side you couldn’t even go to the far side. If you didn’t live around there and didn’t know anybody you finish, that includes female too! And all the OG’s that they talk about killer Ben, Fly Tye the real 50 cent I knew them all. Stay up young kings. Yeah I’ll be safe.

@@skillvill Ah right ....... But let's be honest...I think it's a black thing this behaviour to this degree...... You've got a very tribal set of people put into an artificial environment..Aka the concrete jungle whose IQ doesn't compliment the system they live under for them to thrive like certain others... Blacks are tribal by nature on average so you get higher amounts per capita on average anywhere you go in the world that is predominantly inhabited by them... It is a DNA thing and then culture can enhance that... It is just in them more...
