If your mother or grandmother was standing there talking to you and her mouth was slanting down on one side and she was slurring and searching for her words...would you just shrug it off and think she was just "getting older"??

as a 60 yr old myself im concerned in her sudden appearance, weight, low energy, and seeming difficulty speaking. doesnt seem like just normal aging. not a criticism, shes one of my faves. just hope shes okay.
I would suggest better clothing choices for her body type. I am her age, and I sew many of my own clothes so I can get the right fabric and the right fit to my body shape and my skin/hair tone. Every body can be dresses flattening and stylish if the time is taken to do the homework and effort.

Most celebrites wear clip in hair pieces or have extensions. In real life, few people retain the same hair their entire lives. Make up, bright colors etc can make a person appear younger, so what? My daughter is on Prednisone for a Long Covid condition and her face looks similar with chubby cheeks and chin. They are testing for Hashimoto’s as soon as she can get off the Prednisone. Rachael may have something similar. But, it is up to her to share or not. I wish her and John well no matter what may be the issue.
