My son visited this weekend and on Friday night I made this for supper with grits and homemade biscuits. It was a hit! I also made the butter pecan pole cake. It is so good. I've made that cake 3 times!

I LOVE my Mix & Chop! I own 2. I’m cooking ground beef almost daily….and for someone with R/A it was so hard to chop up the ground meats with a spatula….the MIX & CHOP is a life saver!
