Sir i am able to score above 90 % in these questions so should i go for the test now because i have solved almost 500 problems with above 80% efficiency.

Paying for electricity or internet is OpEx, but the datacenter maintenance and operation will be CapEx

It depends on your interest and your career aspirations.
AZ900 is a good starting point, if you want to be an Azure Administrator, go for AZ104.
