I hate module 2 question 5: it's never 'simple' to get a whole bunch of users to do things on their own. 'Simple' in the sense we don't have to stand anything up, sure. But if I have SCCM or InTune already configured or if I have a great many users, it's not relatively administratively simple to get a bunch of users to do anything. Tools like SCCM are specifically to simplify things like software deployment. If it said, 'what deployment option requires the least infrastructure [or alternatively, perhaps 'setup'] to use' or something along those lines, it would be OK.
I strongly agree. If you have an organization of 10000 users, I would love to see that each of them would go on a portal and install it for themselves.
