As a Doctor of Physiotherapy I must say that these exercises are 100%useful and recommended for double chin,forward head posture ,neck pain and headache (tension headache in occipital and temporal area)
@@yuktikumari98 yess it also helps in reducing necklines..because due to forward head posture and rounded shoulders, muscles become shorter due to which necklines are formed ..after this exercise, muscles are stretched,they become longer n the necklines disappear...

I just did my first session and boy let me tell. You I am 42 and I have forgotten all those muscles I had in my neck and this exercise session made a world of wonders for me I felt good doing the exercise and my body so needed these exercises... I am starting day 2 tomorrow. Thank you so much for this wonderful video and the time to make it.

I started doing this exercise yesterday and I’m planning to do this 2 times a day (morning and night) for a month. I will keep u all posted. Day 1-✅just started so there isn’t much result Day 2-✅ see some difference Day 3-✅ a little soreness in my neck but overall I see difference. Day 4-✅ my neck is so sore but I still did the stretches anyways. Day5-✅ my mom complemented me in how long my neck is! I’ve seen changes too Day6-✅a tiny bit of soreness in my neck Day7- ✅ the front neck started to turn red because of the rubbing massage but I still did the streaches Day8-✅ had to skip the neck rubbing part because it started a rash but other than that I did it all ( I know I posted this 6 days ago but I actually found the video and started doing it 2 days before commenting)
For soreness..Don't do over stretching...stretch the muscles at their normal end range and then further slightly stretch the muscles.. 1st 2 3 days person feels soreness its normal.. And for rashes ...do cross friction massage or use some lubricants for massage ..

Hello, your exercises are ok but dont like the music its so irritating even if you have music atleast the timer should be correct bcoz when looking up or down you wont know if the next exercises has started with that sort of music playing behind 😄 so my advice is that you should have a correct timer so even if your music is playing the people who are doing these exercises will know wen to stop and do the next exercise
Thank you for these exercises, they made my neck thinner and straighten it (I have scoliosis) here are my results for 2 weeks: In the beginning, a thickness of 37 centimeters, a length of 6 centimeters After 14 days, a thickness of 34 centimeters, a length of 7 centimeters + neck straightened and looks better.

🌷 My neck is not that really short, but I'm so insecure about it. I mean, I wanna have that slim and long neck, coz it's making every top and looks so good! I did some scubahoolalu (edited some pics) of myself to check if long/slim neck suits me and yes, it did! So...
🌷 Girl!?!? It WORKED?!?!! I mean, ngl, the result is already visible after the 5th day? And mind you, I'm in my luteal phase rn but my neck slimmed? Ugh! It's so good! I'm so happy I feel like crying!!
