I am looking for 180 degrees modular helmet, i was cosidering this one, but i think hjc didnt reach the expectations this time, now i have the hjc is max 2, but is about to caducate
The Valiant 2 and Advant are essentially the same, the Advant is just for the European market. I'd say the i100 and the Shark Evo-one-2, are all in a more or less even playing field. It all comes down to style and brand preference!
@@SpeedAddictsTV does the shark still suffer from issues with the chin bar locking back and/or getting jammed? I've heard a bunch annoy that on the previous shark models. I hadn't heard any such complaints about the hjc.
this is not a review. This is an overview of the spec sheet that that we can find everywhere and read by ourself. Important real user data like comparison with premium helmets regarding: wind noise, neck wind protection (which it seems to me very low), visor clarity, comfort, field of view, etc . are totally missing. These are the real things we want from a review; things not written anywhere. For example with my current helmet I have seen when it got cold that wind is blowing inside from everywhere. If this does the same then it is no use for me to change it with this.
We'd highly recommend the LS2 Advant if you're trying to run a universal Cardo or Sena - www.speedaddicts.com/motorcycle/ls2-advant-noir-matte-black-helmet
Sens sucks. Wish more manufacturers would partner with Cardo as their communicators are far superior in quality. The i100 seems to have more windnoise than other modulars. This overview really highlights the wind noise. Love the idea of this helmet, but it looks like a side mounted communicator would get in the way of the chinbar rotation, so it'll be a no from me.
Glad to see a local North County SD guy doing good reviews.
I have one.
Very happy with it. Well built and easy to use with gloves on.

I would recommend the LS2 Advant X.
How would you compare this with the ls2 valiant 2 or Advant?

Valiant receives too many bad reviews.

Thanks for watching and appreciate the feedback here. We'll be sure to include the points you hit here on our future test ride vids, thanks
You took the words right out of my mouth
i like this helmet but refuse to buy it as i cant put my cardo on it

@@SpeedAddictsTV yea i did look at that 1 but think its between the hjc rpha 91 or scoriopn exo-tech evo carbon
At the end I purchased this helmet and a cardo 4x with jbl. I mounted the cardo very easy and well on it!
@dustybiker9602 which did you pick?
@@dylanstrosnider4018 hjc rpha 91 and its really nice not much wind noise either

Actually I have a side mounted communicator and it doesn't get in thr way at all.
Appreciate the feedback.
To much wind noise at speed!
A more snug fitting helmet, plus chin curtain can help mitigate noise level.
