- Les Moines Shaolin étaient présents lors du Festival des Arts Martiaux Nord-Europe qui se tenait Samedi 17 octobre 2015 à la Davo Pévèle Arena d'Orchies à 20h00.
Que serait un Festival des Arts Martiaux sans les Moines de Shaolin ? A eux seuls ils incarnent la tradition millénaire du Kung Fu Chinois. Art du bâton, art du combat à mains nues, exercices acrobatiques, combat à deux ou à plusieurs, le style de Shaolin est considéré comme la source des grandes méthodes chinoises de Kung Fu et de Wushu. - กีฬา

I'm from Ontario Canada... I'm just curious where to find Shaolin docu's on hard copy dvd anybody have info? help wanted!
My first martial art was Shaolin Tsu Kempo which I studied in Puerto Rico in 1972. We had no mats (training was done on cement floor) and no air conditioning. We had to warm the room with our body heat in the early mornings. Best training I ever received. Later took Wing Chun, Tang Soo Do, Taekwondo and Krav Maga. Now my joints are in constant pain. If I had to do it it again. I would had stuck with Kenpo and Wing Chun.
Which one destroyed you the most (joints wise) in your opinion ?
Your knees hurt because you trained on concrete 😂
Your joints are gone because you dont eat food that repairs like raw cabbage number 1, eat a lot of raw vegetables and fruits and no gluten at all and you will feel like boy again. Take it from me I am 67 years old and i perform like a young person do to the right foods.

Great I love Martial Arts in which I was very good and was faired?, because of my skills and feirceness but I had principles and discipline, not a bully. The teaching is great it helps with my spiritual development and growth all children should get a feel of it it will be a transforming experience to have an learned
It's very cool that there are Shaolin temples all over the world these days. It makes them harder to close them down.

Great for demonstrations and flexibility,health etc.. brittle metal snaps easily and long thin wood as well. But it's good for shows. The Monks have been in Africa for some time now training the young people. I am not surprised that some great artists are coming from there now. Respect!

Great martial artist who devoted years to their craft. Injuries, blood, sweat, sacrifices and after all that hard work and effort; after displaying the height of their skill people are focusing on stupid skin color.
And then they met MMA and got destroyed, lol
Well, skin color is indead important since we are far from the lost temple in the forest in china, but more in the rebuild hollywoodian north temple of shaolin here.. focusing in demonstrations like this! Skin color is only a clue to remember this.
And for the MMA guy: look at gregmma channel in youtube (in french). He meets experts in different martial arts, and gets kinda destroyed by most wushu experts when sizing is the same! Real wushu is extremely effective but requires years of practice while mma seems more efficient quickly
