AGAIN with this idiotic stuff at the beginning? From Americans...WHO else. And the worst thing is that they claim they visited Italy and still with this clown stuff.
Haven't you still understood that this trite litany is currently vaguely edible just for idiots?
Italians should start to portray Americans gangsta style, do the same accent and always make the gestures of the rap videos

Guys, the gesture of the pursed fingers hand has a precise meaning: it is a sort of question mark to underline questions, not always in an aggressive way. It means “what?” “what do you mean?” “why?” and it is never used randomly like you do at the beginning of the video.

You are kind, but for me it is annoying to see how, as soon as the Italians are mentioned, people start gesturing at random. Our gestures have a precise meaning and the best known one, which you do too, often has an aggressive meaning (example: what the fuck do you want?). Were Italians really like that in Bergamo or Bologna? If you come back to visit us, try to see beyond stereotypes and taste more than just pasta, there is much more. However, I hug you! You are always welcome in Italy! 😉

As an Italian I think I can give an explanation about what "Terrone" means. It probably was created in the second half of 20th century, while North Italy was developing an high level of industrialization and getting richer and wealthyer, instead at the south people were still being in most part farmers due to italian politics which helped north way more than the south creating this economical gap, so the northeners started to call the southeners Terroni, where Terr- comes from Terra which means dirt, referring to them as still poor farmer.

Polenta is full of proteins and carbos, it wasnt made to be tasty, it was made to fill stomaches. Its called the meal of the poor, but as time got on and on italians started to add things on it, like sausages, tomato sause ecc. It doesnt matter if your guys find it "gross" all that matters is that when you finished that meal you were full. At least this is what the "contadini" thought and needed. Hope it reaches out for you too XD.

The road of 52 tunnels is a military mule road built during World War I on the Pasubio mountain. During the war Italians were fighting Austrian on the Alps and that road was used to carry supllies to italian positions and it was built that way to stay out of austrian's artillery range.

I am Italian and I want to specify that I am using google translate, (I am 13 years old I do not know English well) now I will tell you something like that the best polenta is the one with mixed gorgonzola is a lot of stuff. I am from the north the terroni are called those of the south because in the past in the south they worked mainly the eart (in italian terra) so southerners would mean those who work the land. nothing then I would have meant other things but they are of little importance and the comment is becoming very long.

Italy is not only one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Its National Health Service is ranked second in the world after France by the WHO. It has virtually no natural resources but manages to give a decent standard of living to most of its 60 million plus citizens. How? Italy invents and produces. Italy's balance of payments, i.e. exports minus imports is one of the best in the world. 18% of Italy's exports are precision machine tools followed by worked metal goods, electrics, pharmaceurìticals and automobile parts. Agriculture, although important, accounts for only 2% of Italy's GDP. . Italy exports know how and the products of its Know How. Know Why? 'Cause Italy really does seem to know how.

Sorry to say this guys, but you saying "hey i've been in Italy, I love Italy" so it's ok you act like that just for fun is not an exuse. It's just like if I stretch my eyes and talk fake cinese and say "oh it's just for fun I love China I've been there many times". I don't want to hate you so just stop all of you do that and say "oh I'm just kidding". Then y'all say here in Italy we are all racist.... You know racism exist even between different countries and mocking other cultures, not only for different skin color.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to hate on you 2 specifically but I'm just telling you so whoever read this understand that. I see too many people respecting more other cultures but when it comes to my country they all act like we don't count.
I know you do it for fun but is not different to when someone say "uga buga" when they talk about african people.. just saying.
