The puff stitch border is my favorite, but they are all so pretty! I think the dangling flower border would be fun on a little lovey blanket for a toddler to carry around. I can't wait to try these!

Currently, I am looking for a simple and basic shell baby blanket and border pattern. Your Shells and Cords is beautiful and I have completed a swatch, but the mother to be is asking for shells only.

Could you please tell me the size hook you’re currently using for these borders? And what weight yarn for the flowers? I have tried repeatedly to make flowers and have not been successful. Thank you. You’re an awesome teacher btw.
In this demonstration I was using a crochet hook size G/6-4.00mm and a size 3 weight yarn. But definitely use the same size hook and yarn that you used in the inner body of your blanket if making this into a border. 😊🧶❤️

Across joins, I do a sc 2 together to draw the stitches together, one from sq 1 and one from sq 2
