I prefer Larceny BP's to the ECBP's in general, and it's $10 cheaper. I really enjoyed all 3 releases last year but found this year's A124 a bit spicier and less sweet. Lots of cloves/cinnamon. Not up to the very high bar Larceny set the previous year. Still enjoyable and I'll look for the B524 batch. This is one release I will always buy when I find it. I just started last year and loved the B523. That bad boy knocked me on my tail! Then A124 came out and although it’s good something is different. I have mixed it with Root Beer. I’m waiting for B524 to drop in my area.

Just today opened up the B524…. I get some cherry on the long finish. Really good.
I've definitely been enjoying the larceny BP's better in recent years, especially on fresh crack as the ECBP has been drinking hot.

I usually prefer the Larceny BP to ECBP. I liked the A124 but haven't opened my B524 to try it yet. I think I will do a fresh crack myself on both.

I found B524 last week. I've NEVER found a Heaven Hill BP this early. Usually I'm 6 months behind.

I would try the A on the rocks stirred with sugar and topped with heavy cream. Peach and caramel and vanilla all go well with cream. 🥃🍶🤤
