Yes, she's using a tablet on her PC. Which tablet? Well, it's written in her description, in her FAQ and usually in the intros of her videos: she's using a Gaomon M106K. She's a self-taught artist and learnt drawing by drawing and observing reality. Years of practice and you get wherever you want~
