Thank you! There are two pins that you screw into the face of the door where the horizontal supports for the handle attach. You slide the handle onto them and then secure them in place with set screws.

Yes, however there is an option when you are ordering to add an electronic unlock button to the back of the pull handle so you don't need to use your key every time.
I believe your door should come with mounting screws. I just had to get a different kind because I am securing into steel studs instead to wood. If it doesn't you should look for the longest/beefiest wood screws you can find (3"+), you want it to be rock solid.
