Very nice! I’d change paint color throughout the house. (Soft grey) Update cabinets - kitchen/bathrooms. Shower doors replaced. All brown trimmings to white including the office shelves. Stair railings black. Walls soft grey. Exterior brick all white….Front door replaced with Iron door.
Not a fan of having a pool so possibly cover it with dirt 😊
Possibly change flooring in bathroom and kitchen. Stainless steel appliances
A lot of potential here. Very nice home I’m certain it will not be on the market for long 😊
