I get the fact that it's a foreclosure and all, but was the previous owner going around busting holes in the wall, and ripping things out of the wall?

The whole house out date and it needs to be upgraded to 2020 standards but the asking price $799,000 should be around $499,000 at a fair market price 🏹🏹🏹🏹

I just read they want 799 for that! Did you see the holes in the sheetrock and some places it was torn out a lot of painting sheetrock work there's no mirrors over the sinks Lord knows what else is wrong with that place yeah good price of 499 at least or less it needs a lot of work
This is a pretty nice house. Too bad the previous owners decided to take it out on the house when they were forced to move. I've never understood why people have their house foreclosed on and decide to trash it. Lucky this one doesn't have that much of damage to the walls.
My wife is getting nervous that I'm going to buy another house. I've been looking at your TH-cam videos looking for what's in Texas.

Some of these homes built in the early 2000s look so antiquated now. I’d just want to go in and renovate the whole inside.

Great looking Venetian or Tuscan vibe, I'm one of those that likes the classic looks. But yeah, it also looks like some PO'd person went nuts with a hammer. I'd definitely be comfortable in this home.

What’s the lot size and HOA fee?
How close are these properties to I-49 ? My company has a yard I can drop my trailer on I-49.
They would have to knock off 100 grand b4 I would even think abt it . I may cost that much or more to update and fix up .

For the price better asking for it with holes in the walls the office like that to besides no it should be cheaper than that and don't say just because it's a foreclosure you're going to find stuff like that no I've been in forclosure homes and it's not like that and I've been in some of them that are a lot nicer and less for what they're asking for it
