Curt Vodehnal December 10, 2014 will be the 40th anniversary of The Year Without a Santa Claus... Too bad there isn't more time or I'd make another video!
Barbara Elliott I'm going to use Rudolph stamps on all my Christmas cards this year... I have some gingerbread house stamps left over from last year too!
Once I saw copies of the Rudolph book at a convention. I got one then and have it to this day. Thank you for reminding us what came first-the story came before thing song. "The moral of the story is very plain;a handicap oft can be turned to gain!"
What do you think is the funniest part of Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer? I think it's the part where the elf master says to Herbie "Where were you you at Elf Practice"? Herbie replies that he didn't think it was important. So the elf master says "Not important"?!?! That's where we learn how to wiggle our ears, go hee hee and ho ho, learn to chucke warmly and important stuff like that"!
+Twilight Sparkle I noticed they had a lot of Rudolph merchandise out last year... This year too! I really wanted the life-sized plush Rudolph and Clarice!
You have outdone yourself, Myron! You are a riot! My fave is The Year Without a Santa Clause! Shirley Booth! The Miser Brothers!

I've always loved Rudolph. I never cared for Santa Claus is Comin' To Town or Frosty. The Little Drummer boy is okay, though.
"It looks like Rudolph really has gone done in history!". That should be "has gone DOWN in history!".
Thanks for pointing that out Derek! I just fixed the typo. :)
How would you like to be a Charlie in the box?
I'm sure you know that feeling all too well Charlie! ;)
I love this movie can I stell buy it in store?
Yes you can!
Actually, Rankin Bass and Puppetoons are connected since they're both AniMagic.

Spoiler Alert! LOL
The fact my teacher is making me watch this video is stupid af.
Who is your teacher? They must be awesome!

WOW! what a realistic Puppet. Or is he a CGI animation?
CGI did not exist in 1964... This cartoon special was created with stop-motion animation!
I was talking about YOU.
If I have to choose, I guess I will be a realistic puppet!
