Algernon Cadwallader, Midwest Pen Pals, and Merchant Ships are the only three bands that make me feel like I have memories from summer breaks with friends that I never knew, and I’m okay with that. We’re just a different breed.
my jerk friend made me leave the show before these guys played. i later found out that parrot flies was one of the best albums i'd heard in years, and that they broke up like right after that tour. at least i got to see snowing and 1994!

DADEc#e, that's what these dudes use. Open tunings in general will change your style and open up that mind. Not to mention counting time signatures with a drummer or click track. And as always practice every day as much as you can
