Howd the bottom end feel? Seems like people are complaining about not being able to carry 3rd through corners but I didn't see you having issue from what I could tell.
The bottom ends are pretty weak, I didn’t notice it too much since I ride a 125 a lot and those have no bottom end either. It’s definitely manageable but the thing I liked most was the suspension. They do pull very long on top like a 450 where the power just keeps going. Lots of people were/are disappointed because the older Yamahas were known for their bottom ends.
@SurfJdog I have a 22.5 factory edition 250sxf and I still really like my ktm. I’d say the maintenance is way higher on the Yamaha at least what I’ve heard, the ktm has a lot better bottom end and actually somehow makes more horsepower but the Yamaha feels faster. If I was gonna go get a new bike tommorow it would still be the ktm…..or a Honda 😂

For some reason the only models my local yamaha shop has is a yz125x and a yz250x....are they capable of racing these track bikes?
The new 250 and 450f's are so sick..I'm about to sell my clubstyle dyna and get back on a mx bike

@@FullThrottleEdits Oh really? Some guy was telling me KTM would be so much higher when it came time to do engine work. Like BMW vs Honda.
