So I had multiple gigs now where I have had presets and backups ready to go the day before and everything is fine. But then like after a while, I select another preset and my Wash lights stop working. The moving head fixtures are on but my Wash lights all turned off in 99% of my presets. The only Fox I’ve found is turning the unit on and off but i can’t do that mid gigs lol Do you have any clue why?
@@steadymanos the first time they shut off like that I hadn’t lowered the dimmers at all so this time I lowered them and saved the presets thinking maybe they over heated but no.
My lights and Amazon fire tablet will stop communicating after 5-8 minutes of not using, so when I come back to the tablet to change light settings, it's not connected anymore, I'd have to restart everything for them to pair again. Do you think it's the tablet, dmx dongle or mydmxgo?
Figure out how to take it off sleep or hibernate mode. I have a Amazon tablet and it goes to sleep mode if I don't use it but when my dmx is running it doesn't go to sleep mode. Test it out watch a TH-cam video and see if it turns off and goes to sleep mode. Check the battery settings too. You can have it on power saving mode.
When I make a static preset scenes (for example I made a white light preset and a red light preset) on the mydmxgo. The master dimmer fader will not work between the preset scenes. How do you make the dimmer fader work between the preset scenes?
No, I didn't see it on the video nor any other video that you have done. I was wondering if you knew anything about it because you have a lot of videos on your dmxgo. And I'm just getting back into using it.
@@davellbruton1901 in your mydmxgo go to fixtures. Check the channels to each light. ADJ Mega Par Profile Plus set it to 5 or 6 Channel Mode. ADJ Mega Bar 50 RGB set it to 4, 5 or 6 Channel Mode Rockville Par 50 set it to 6 Channel Mode Rockville Rockstrip 252 Light Bar set it to 4 or 7 Channel Mode. There is 1 more setting let me look at the manual again. But verify to see if the Channel Modes are correct.

Did you saved it with the dimmer off?
@@steadymanos no i save them all with the dimmer at about 95%. They worked the first two hours then it bugged out
@AOAvina try leaving the dimmer alone. You can dim them afterward.
Try to duplicate the error if you can. Record it, record the tablet screen, record the fixtures. And send it to me. djsteadymanos@gmail.com
