Omg i just now learned that castor oil comes from a seed, in spanish castor means beaver and this type of oil is also used in many beauty products and I always thought that "aceite de castor" or "beaver oil" was literally oil squeezed from a beaver and since I was little I thought like wow that's very cruel, to kill beavers and collect oil from their bodies. 😅😅

Hey! I just wanted to take some time of my day to day how sweet, caring, and thoughtful you really are. A while ago I would get insomnia for many reasons. My therapist would always tell me something to do to fall asleep. I would get Ds and Cs in most classes and I felt miserable without much sleep. This ended the day my friend told me about something called asmr. This changed my life forever. About a month after watching asmr I found you on TH-cam. I instantly fell in love with your voice, the way you ALWAYS made me tried, how sweet you are, how much time you put into the videos, how your hair usually looks amazing, how you I can tell you spend so much time getting things ready for you videos, and how well your content is and always has been. Now I get mostly As and Bs!Another thing that’s random is that your nails always look so perfect. You are by far my favorite TH-camr and your an angle. I’m sure you make good money from your TH-cam channel but you could also make a killing on QVC/HSN/etc. you really have a knack for sales, and any company would be lucky to have you represent their product.
Arnold Palmer I watch those channels a lot, and while Maria is incredibly talented, it takes a particular set of skills to work in that industry, and you have to be very loud and energetic and talk very fast and keep talking no matter what happens on live TV, and also have a producer talking in your ear and not get confused or distracted.
Maria and ASMR helped me get through a morphine addiction. found this channel when i was all out of pills and the tingles helped me get through withdrawals :) dont usually comment. but hey if anyone out there is suffering from substance abuse. this can be a great relief whilst undergoing withdrawals and hopefully the addiction. sorry for any grammatical errors im a non-native english speaker :)
So psyched for this video BUT there’s def some misinformation! Oils are moisturizing in the way that they act as a humectant, sealing moisture into the skin that’s already there. BUT you should never apply oil over moisturizer because it won’t be able to break through most moisturizers and get to the skin to nourish it properly; that is, unless it’s an oil based moisturizer in which case adding more oils on top runs the risk of REMOVING the moisturizer as you apply! Maria, I gotta be honest, I never felt ASMR like every body told me they felt like in my life (before this video), I love ASMR and I listen to it daily just cause it relaxes me but I never felt "the tingles" until now... i don't know what it is but the sounds you created here are SO delicate that it made me feel tingles all over my back, like... literal tingles , it felt funny and really relaxing.... in other words, you are a MASTER in the craft of ASMR and whatever you have on suscribers you have worked your ass off and practiced to get and done your best and I am really thankful to have your videos in my life

Hey! I just wanted to take some time of my day to day how sweet, caring, and thoughtful you really are. A while ago I would get insomnia for many reasons. My therapist would always tell me something to do to fall asleep. I would get Ds and Cs in most classes and I felt miserable without much sleep. This ended the day my friend told me about something called asmr. This changed my life forever. About a month after watching asmr I found you on TH-cam. I instantly fell in love with your voice, the way you ALWAYS made me tried, how sweet you are, how much time you put into the videos, how your hair usually looks amazing, how you I can tell you spend so much time getting things ready for you videos, and how well your content is and always has been. Now I get mostly As and Bs!Another thing that’s random is that your nails always look so perfect. You are by far my favorite TH-camr and your an angle. I’ve never seen you in real life but still love you! I think it’s amazing how internet social media’s can affect me so well. ILYSM! God bless you and your family! ❤️😊

Hello Maria, I've been watching ASMR for several years now for I suffer from chronic anxiety, I just watched the New Yorker video about ASMR where you were interviewed and I just wanted to say that you are amazing, you and the whole community have helped me a lot, as long as you like doing it don't ever stop making videos, you help people more than you know, thank you.
I’m sure you make good money from your TH-cam channel but you could also make a killing on QVC/HSN/etc. you really have a knack for sales, and any company would be lucky to have you represent their product.

Arnold Palmer I watch those channels a lot, and while Maria is incredibly talented, it takes a particular set of skills to work in that industry, and you have to be very loud and energetic and talk very fast and keep talking no matter what happens on live TV, and also have a producer talking in your ear and not get confused or distracted.

I’ve personally had good experiences with rosehip, camellia and jojoba oil. They’re non-comedonic, so won’t clog your pores but are high in Vitamin E.
Maria and ASMR helped me get through a morphine addiction. found this channel when i was all out of pills and the tingles helped me get through withdrawals :) dont usually comment. but hey if anyone out there is suffering from substance abuse. this can be a great relief whilst undergoing withdrawals and hopefully the addiction. sorry for any grammatical errors im a non-native english speaker :)

So psyched for this video BUT there’s def some misinformation! Oils are moisturizing in the way that they act as a humectant, sealing moisture into the skin that’s already there. BUT you should never apply oil over moisturizer because it won’t be able to break through most moisturizers and get to the skin to nourish it properly; that is, unless it’s an oil based moisturizer in which case adding more oils on top runs the risk of REMOVING the moisturizer as you apply!
