I hope you get better but remember that asmr osnt the same as therapy. It migjt help you fall asleep sometimes but if ypu truly have a lot of problems with insomnia it could be linked to ypur ptsd so please seek professional help 💞
I don't think Maria could make a terrible video if she tried. Whether she spends days making awesome, scripted videos (which are so much appreciated) or when she's just talking to us freely on her other channel or being adorably goofy, she calms me. I have zero complaints. She was BORN to do this.

I think the biggest things i love about Maria, and especially her role play videos is that they are so realistic. My biggest dislike with other creators is when they have say a doctor role play, and continuously tap on every single thing they pick up and the fact they take 5 minutes to put a pair of gloves on. If a real doctor did that you'd probably be freaked out. Whereas Maria always has perfect timing with all of her triggers.

The caring gazes relax me so much after a long stressful day. It might sound weird but working in customer service, I get a lot of rude, judgmental looks from customers but the care in your eyes makes me feel so appreciated and I want to thank you for that.

I was in a car accident last night. It was a mistake that could've been avoided. Two friends and I were driving 90+ down a rough road for a little rush on these huge dips. We thought we were invincible. I'm not sure how I turned out as good as I did, how any of us turned out okay, but were here. Regardless, I can't lie it's been hard to relax and sleep these last two nights with the thought replaying in my head. These videos are the one thing to help me fall asleep and relax my body and my mind. So thank you Maria, you are a true blessing.

Nitty yea, shock can really scare you. My brother and I were driving to marina mirage and My brother moved into the lane next to his, this SUV driver hit on his break, when obviously there was 2 car space between us, the driver skidded in front of us and made us stop, luckily my brother had braked at the right time or we would of smashed into the vehicle. The driver then came out of the care, swearing at my brother, he then hit him, which terrified me, I never been so scared in my life, out of shock I screamed at the guy. My brother was fine but the sound and what I saw just replays in my mind, things like these can really help. But sometimes you just go into shock. Glad you and your friends are okay. ❤️
Thank you very much! I like to think of it as a lesson learned too. It helps me to realize i shouldn't care about little things so much.
I've had a similar situation as well and I guess sometimes when we're in shock it leads us to do things we wouldn't normally do. But thank you, and i'm glad you're okay as well.
