- Hello, my beautiful ASMR lovies ^_^ Today we'll dive in into the world of aromatherapy. I'll cleanse the space around us with smoke of palo santo wood (nice burning sounds) at 03:10, we'll take a glance at my essential oils collection at 06:18, I'll use an oil warmer to create a relaxing atmosphere for us at 11:40 and blow it's smoke all around us 15:50, then we'll turn on our oil diffuser 19:05 and enjoy it's bright and entrancing colors as we get surrounded by it's purifying scent at 21:44 ( blowing into ears from behind around 31:12 for couple minutes), we'll finish with a backflow incense burner at 34:38 and get sleepy by watching it's smoke fall down so hypnotically at 35:54. I hope the little clicks of my heels and my earrings will be a good addition to the video too. ^_^ Thank you SO much for watching! My 4yo has a strong lisp and other speech maladies and because of this --struggles w expressing herself and managing her temper. She has such an affinity for u though Maria that Ive started calling u 'my Lily whisperer'. Just yesterday, she was having a particularly hard time when instead of crying or breaking out into a temper tantrum she grabbed her blanket and asked me to put on 'my asmr' I had no sooner started this video that she was laying on her bed cuddling her blanket , fast asleep!

Or suppose you watch a documentary about haunted houses. For the most part all you'd smell is rot, mold, dust and decay. Possibly sulfur.

I think it's the way she shows appreciation for every little thing, she makes you appreciate it too. Everything she touches becomes something to admire suddenly and THAT is what makes her so relaxing to watch. On top of that, she seems very spiritual and positive vibes ooze from her aura, you can feel it through the screen.

Can we talk about how other ASMR channels are hit or miss with sleep, but this channel is almost guaranteed.

I just discovered I love the sound of wood burning.
Nobody you can buy candles with wood instead of wicks that give off that sound if you like it :) they're excellent for relaxing
Netflix has a show simply devoted to a wood fire.
Nobody Ardra Neala has a video with match burning very close to the mic, I can find it if anyone else is interested in that sound.
You should check out the latest video from ASMRMagic, she did some whispering and a head massage by the fire, maybe you will like that :)
Here's another diy tip for this:
lighting some wood under your bed or somewhere in your room will give you those lovely crackling noises and keep you warm all night with their smokey aroma! I find the backdrop of fire alarms very soothing as well 😊

Maria is one of the few ASMRtist that understands that ASMR is not just whispering into a microphone. It also has to do with the tone of voice you use. She uses a very sweet relaxing tone to make the viewer feel comfortable. (Which is why a lot of roleplays don't work). She even wears the right jewelry and shoes. (The clangy earrings and shoes on the floor). The lighting doesn't overwhelm me when I watch. She's got it all down.

I begin to think that my tingles are just wearing off and then *BAM* Maria starts talking and they all flood back like omg.
Amy of you think that they are going away, take a week break of asmr (might be a hard week) and listen to soft music instead. After that week go back to asmr and your tingles will be back. I do it every other month. It really helps.

I follow a few other ASMR artists, but you by far have the nicest voice in my opinion. I can't imagine the time it takes to make one video and all the effort, and the ideas you use are wonderful. Thank you for all your hard work! I do have one video idea I would like to see, and probably other people as well. When you speak Russian every now and then, it is so pretty and calming. ASMR has a certain aspect of irony because when someone you have never met whispers in your ear it's usually one of two situations...you are getting massage OR you are walking down the street at night alone. But on census of the topic, I'm very pleased a new video is up. I thank you dearly for this new video. Aroma Therapy is one of my favorite styles of relation.

hi Maria, I just wanted to give you some info about essential oils that I learned when I studied aromatherapy and massage a long time ago. One thing is, you should not apply essential oils directly to the skin as they are concentrated and can cause a bad reaction on the skin. They need to be diluted in a carrier oil. Secondly, the oil burners should have water in the recess at the top and the a few drops of the oil floated on top. The water and oils evaporate as steam, releasing the aroma. I hope this is helpful. Maria I highly suggest you take a look at 白花油: White Flower Oil. It's a Chinese mix of essential oils and helps so much with stress, muscle pain, and congestion. It's amazing

When this video first came out i had a really bad case of strep throat and I didn't sleep very well at all for about 4 days straight. This video came out on the day where it was the worst and I was up basically all night. When I watched it I slept soundly for 6 hours, the most I got through the time I was sick. It really was a blessing and to this day it's my favorite video to come back to on my most stressful days or nights when I can't sleep. So thank you from the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful for you and your wonderful videos. You are truly a blessing. I think its just my 'mommy' issues talkin but i literally see the women of asmr i subscribe to like a maternal figure in my life.
