I would need to modify the plan, make it wheelchair accessible and add an elevator to access to the second floor and I agree with the others that needs a back porch I think I would have also added a carport with cover into the kitchen area ❤❤❤❤

Beautiful plan for those that really need to done size, that includes me. I love the plan but I'm in my 60s so I need to modify how to get up to the loft.
A black house would absorb heat, fade, and show dirt. Dislike shiplap everywhere, and some bookcases on either side of the fireplace, and a mantle would be nice. Widen the side porch, and put a little porch or roof over the back entry. Combo WD units are awful. Clothes take forever to dry.

Hmmm. Tiny housing was originally created to be affordable for lower income singles and couples, and to provide stable housing for the at risk community. This is lovely, but gauls me because it is exactly what is wrong with the tiny house concept builders. No longer for anyone in need of housing, it's now a flippin fashion statement.
At $200 a square foot these days to build a house, there’s no such thing as affordable housing. A house this size would cost $50K to $60K so you might as well have some fun.
@@juleswins3the only affordable home these days, sad to say, are homes in foreclosure.
