Forgot to mention you can kara cancel f3. This means that you can start f3, but cancel it into throw and such! Not everything that launches is a combo starter, His strings are slow on startup, his set up takes a Kameo or start, and his zoning is incredibly slow.

So almost everything launches and everything is safe. Oh and he has unblockable setups and he’s a zoner…
