-handheld mini-gun accuracy challenge with three targets standing apart (airsoft or nerf) add weights for more difficult control [expendables, terminator II & general Arnold badassery]
-one handed reload a shotgun while riding a motorcycle [Terminator]
-Try to get an action figure unharmed trough an obstacle course while being sabotaged by others [Jingle all the way]

Balancing on top of a giant beast one could be using those mechanical bulls rodeo machines, and then add a fake head attachment to it. Need to last x amount of seconds and then fire a successful shot.
