MAIN INGREDIENTS:
30g shallots
2g salt
2 grams black pepper
150g cherry tomatoes
350g feta cheese
A little black pepper
A little olive oil
Some salt and olive oil
200g pasta (Rigatoni is used in the video)
20 ml of olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1.5 tbsp minced garlic
150ml milk
1 tbsp roasted chicken base (or chicken broth)
70 ml pasta cooking water
1 tsp black pepper (no salt because the feta cheese
has enough salt)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
380g grilled chicken breast strips
A little black pepper
A little olive oil
Some salt
