MAIN INGREDIENTS:
630 g chicken breast
1 tsp sea salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
1/2 lemon of lemon juice
1/4 tsp baking powder
2.5 tbsp of fry flour
Enough oil in the pot to fry the chicken
Some sesame seeds
Ingredients to make fried chicken coating
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
70 grams rice flour
70g frying flour (frying flour is made from
35g flour, 35g corn starch and 1/2 tsp salt)
1 tsp chili pepper powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
20 ml vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
Ingredients to make the sauce
2 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste (Gochujang)
2 tbsp ketchup
60 ml soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
70 ml water
