@@anishjohn8248The band name, Dvne, is named after a very popular sci-fi novel series called Dune. The book covers lots of topics from ecology to religion and fanaticism. In the story, the Lisan-al Gaib (translated to "Voice from the outer world") is prophesied to lead a people to paradise. I highly recommend at least watching the recent film adaptations.
Early shout for album of the year. What an absolute banger of an album gentlemen. A delight to listen to, the perfect mix of aggression and reverence. This deserves to push you fellas right up in the rankings of best metal act at the moment.
Never heard of these guys, saw them on recommended albums when I was buying a copy of Enslaved's new album on Amazon. Album name and cover was so cool I had to check them out. Glad I did, will be picking up this album aswell. Really great listen.
I'm only a few tracks into my first listen and I'm blown away. I haven't been into prog metal in years but I'm digging back in hard. Just also listened to the new Anciients album which is a very different vibe but equally impressive.
Best album that i listen this year...Phenomenal....!!!Great work guys...Thanks to all for the time spent to give us this amazing experience....A big thanks to the artist behind this bautifull artwork too...!!
1 minute into the album : This is my new favorite band. Perfect balance between heavy and airy/light parts. I'm in luck, they are touring in my city next month !
I was really able to see the evolution and growing of this band. Saw them in a tiny bar with 30 people on the Asheran tour, then in a 200 capacity concert hall 2 years ago and they played Hellfest last year ( i was not there). They truely deserve it.
When i first listened to this album, i had goosebumps, and i got obsessed with it. Then they announced that they'll be coming to my country, and the price of the ticket was unbelievably great. The only problem is, o n the day of the show, as well as the day after it, i'll be having my final exams from 8 in the morning. I'm seriously considering risking my university education to not miss this experience.
You'll see them again. There's usually a second and third chance to see the bands you love. Use your education to buy the tickets next time around. Dvne'll be around for a long time to come.
Honestly I think this is my favorite album of this year, even above bigger bands like Leprous or Dark Tranquility. You guys are amazing!! Underrated band for sure!
I thought after their previous releases they would of just faded into obscurity but alas not they've released a possible AOTY contender! a superb album everything is balanced perfectly on this release💪🔥
Once again, a real grower. I just love it when you can find new details with every spin. Influential. 🖤
Three album masterpieces in a row.
Agree 💯 💯 💯
Holy shit it’s happening, it’s happening. Lisan al-Gaib!!! Lisan al-Gaib!!!
???

If older Mastodon and Rivers of Nihil made sweet love. This is phenomenal. ❤
I made this exact comparison earlier. I'm quite fond of both, so this is good too.
This definitely has Crack the Sky/Blood Mountain vibes for sure
It reminds me of Cult of Luna on "Dawn To Fear" and of The Ocean, but these are the only metal-ish bands I know (besides Russian Circles), so eh
It's a true pleasure to have new music be this good. These guys keep getting better.
I love "Eleonora"!
All their album are awesome, but this one seems to be the masterpiece, it contains everything I expected
There are no words to describe how much I love and appreciate this band.
3d excellent album in a row.
Enough said.
Blown away...again
I'M FULLY FILLED, SWIMMING IN THE EMPTINESS OF MY CONSCIOUSNESS, DROWNING IN KNOWLEDGE POURED OUT BY THE SPICE
Early shout for album of the year.

The progression in '08 - Abode of the Perfect Soul' gives me Tool vibes! Love it!
Didn't think it was possible to beat the last one, but damn it, 2 tracks in and it's smashing it out of the park!

So many excellent tracks on this album it's difficult to pick a favourite, but damn if Sarmatæ doesn't end with a crusher of a riff.
i really expected for a song with the chorus "my desert, my arrakis, my dune"

My copy arrived today. Im actually blown away at how good this album is!
This album is impressive. So much going on yet it flows perfectly.

Saw them live twice, they are awesome
Never heard of these guys. pretty damn great album.
I really, really, really need these guys to tour the US soon. At least the East coast :) Been a huge fan since Asheran!

album of the year! we don't need any other releases for the rest of the year.
I hear lot influences incuding Mastodon ,Rivers Of Nihil,The Ocean and even early Thrice brilliant album !!!!
This album art made me wanna check this band out, glad i did

The wait is over! 🔥 Astonishing!🤘
Merci pour cet excellent album !! 🖤🤘
These guys just DO NOT MISS. I haven't this excited about a new band in a LLLLLOOOOOOONNNGGG time. I really hope they come to North America soon.
This is the album I needed right now 🔥🔥
Omg. This is so good. I love this band.
Superbe album bravo les mecs 🤘🎶🎧🎶🤘
Sie haben´s einfach drauf. Drei Alben, alle Kult.
Honestly I think this is my favorite album of this year, even above bigger bands like Leprous or Dark Tranquility. You guys are amazing!! Underrated band for sure!
very good album!
I hadn't heard of this band, happy with the choice. Super album! 🖤🖤🤘
Absolument génial 🎉🎉
Album of the year for me.
So emotional and heavy! Love this band.
Sweet 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Everything about this is incredible. Espcially the art work.
on repeat ...
Sounds like Mastodon and Karnivool!
Je vous ai découvert grâce au Hellfest et Arte. Continuez les gars vous envoyez du lourd
sounds like aoty to me, first listen
I thought after their previous releases they would of just faded into obscurity but alas not they've released a possible AOTY contender! a superb album everything is balanced perfectly on this release💪🔥
Making it outta Arrkis with this one
Very good, first impression tells me this is even better than the predecessor.
finally, what a burner
dune soundtrack
This is so musical 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
CREMATED SCONES!
Hell of a way to start an album.
Thanks to the algorythm for this beautiful recommendation.
Nice
Good stuff! 🤘🏼🖤
cheers
Pleroma - the fullness 🤘 alchemical respect!
🔥🔥🔥
This is fucking sick!!
As it is written
Lisan Al Gaib!
is the first song a reference to Blasphemous?
Id love to hail this as my favorite new metal but the high pitched nasal clean vocals... God damnit....
Love the clean vocals.
Agreed, clean is fine, nasally is not
I usually dislike cleans but this really works for me.
Lol we disagree with you
I actually really dig it. But I have strange tastes.
Here we go! Been waiting for this all month. This and Pallbearer's new album will dominate the stonerscape in '24 for sure
🎸🤘
Again album ❤😂😂
noice find
This is fucking rad
\o/
The snare is a bit too in the front for my tastes but the album sounds phenomenal so far.
yeah that kinda took over my focus pretty quickly unfortunately, kick ass otherwise
Enjoying the music but just wish the vocals were further up in the mix.

I hear also some FNM influence here
Jacynthe Ranch
AOTY

Jesus christ what an album. Pleroma is absurd.
remind me of gojira...
I have to admit I wasn't loving it.
Until I hit Reliquary.
Sounded like Scott Kelly had been dragged back from disgrace to fill in on vocals on that one. Great stuff.
If I wanted to listen to Mastodon I would just listen to Mastodon.
The most masterful piece of worthless garbage I’ve ever listened to.
I really hate the snare sound. Completely ruins the album for me
Thanks❤Спасибо❤🔝🫶🔝🎸🥁🎙️🎹🎧☯️
