👉The Chinese and Japanese versions have totally different lyrics. The Chinese and Japanese versions have completely different lyrics. Both are based on a true story. The Chinese version is sad, says goodbye, just as the leaves fall in autumn and autumn comes ... irrevocably. The Japanese version does not want to accept the loss, is full of pain, pleads, suffers ... heartbreaking.
I am totally fascinated how sensitively Dimash differentiates between the feelings of sadness and loneliness in the Chinese version and loss and pain in the Japanese version and conveys them to the listener... it tears my heart apart and the tears keep flowing. I have never heard anything like this from a singer in my entire life. That is true mastery.
* The original Japanese version by Koji Tamaki based on a sad true story... very touching… The song is about Yoshiko Yamaguchi, a Chinese-born Japanese actress during World War II. She hid her Japanese heritage under the name Li XIanglan and became famous in China. However, when the war was over and she revealed her identity, she was accused of being a spy. She was deported to Japan and longed for China. Ms. Yamaguchi did not return to China until many years as deputy environment minister in the Japanese parliament. The song is a metaphor as the lyrics speak of how a person should hide what they are feeling.

The song Ikanaide was composed in 1989 by Koji Tamaki.
It tells about a Japanese woman Yoshiko Yamaguchi born in China and accused of being a spy and prosecuted She was finally released and went to Japan, living a long and peaceful life.
We met this song sung in Mandarin Chinese by Dimash in "I am a singer 2017".
The magnificent version of Dimash in Japanese, must have left the author very impressed and happy.

I listened to Dimash through Mandarin, French, Russian, then English! Didn't matter. He made me feel every emotion, every word 4:29 , every note! I was and am forever hooked by DIMASH! He can sing the dictionary in pig-latin to me & I will absolutely be entranced by him! He takes any song & always makes it his own! His vocals are without comparison! You can't duplicate that emotion though! OMG! Don't care what genre of music you favor, you can never deny DIMASH is the BEST of the BEST! I just love him so & thankful he is finally in my life!
