Other than replacing the stock silencer, how can the main pipe be upgraded? Mine has some material coming out from the alum cover and is smoking quite a bit. Help!
Is it leaking oil (black fluid, stains easily if you get it on your skin) from where it's smoking? If so the pipe has a hole in it, and needs to be replaced. This isn't my sled but this is an aftermarket pipe/can combo made by DG I believe
A mod sled is more than a pipe and/or a can, handlebar risers, taller windshield, other simple add-ons. A mod doesn't need to be something entirely based on increased power output, etc. It can be changes made to improve handling or other things too.
I do respect your opinion but it is not however entirely correct and neither is mine. Together we both bring the truth, it is 2020 things have changed also though what people are considering mods are different now. I put a 99 rmk700 big block into my 09 dragon iq chassis quite abit of modding was to achieve this on the same note I dont discredit when someone changes there sled from factory because that is an absolute "modification" to the original factory machine.

Have similar set up on my xc sp 800 I put fox float 3 on the front and seat off 2011 assault

Where did you get the yellow skis? Also where did you get the exhaust wrap?
Exhaust wrap at any parts store, some stock it. Others are special order dei is the brand. About 25-30 bucks
