Yeah, I think I'd probably like the Chima minifigs more if they were more simple. They seem too convoluted to look good to me- but then again, I tend to feel like that about a lot of figures from the 2010s and onward, so maybe I'm in the minority there?
I’m getting some Diddy Kong Racing vibes from those lil vehicles. 5:00 there’s something about that mouth on Leonidas and the fact he’s driving an ATV, “gyuhuck, y’all wanna go MUDDIN’?!”
These were neat to see back to back! I grew up owning 3 of the 5 if i recall correctly (Ewar, Worriz and Crug). I find it funny how a steering wheel is used for a jet-ski-like vehicle but still works to steer an unseen rudder. Good work!
They honestly don't look half bad. I'd have been great to have a bit of functionality to them, like the ability to split the Eagle Flyer if it ever goes down. But hey, these are polybags after all, can't expect much. They're great army builders regardless
Great video! The choice of music was fun, especially the ones from Chrono Trigger!! Looking forward to the rest of the Chima series videos. It's a shame we don't get GWPs like we used to.
It's interesting to see how polybags have evolved since 2013, especially compared to the polybags Ninjago and Monkie Kid are getting nowadays.
You had me with the Pikmin music.
What a contrast between the hyper-detailed minifigs and the bricky builds - those remind me of the shell boxes from the late 90s!

Another interesting thing about snow and ice is chima is... we got a whole wave 1 speedorz set centered around it! And with Winzar too!

Great video! There's a real range in the quality of the polybags here. -Tyler

CRUG SUPREMACY LET’S GOOOOOO
They look like options for a kart racer video game.
Great video! Excited for more Chima videos!

I remember getting that raven one.
I really miss Chima.
A prehistoric tribe would have been awesome
The Ravens also have speedors as ground vehicle, although I don’t know if you’d count them
leonidas' set is actually really awesome!
cool

What do you mean we would’ve gotten dinosaurs if they kept going? WTFFFF
how do your tiny arms reach the steering wheel? I refuse to believe you have been given clearance to operate a motor vehicle.
Wasn't a Gorilla tribe one?, I don't remember many Gorilla tribe sets either. Guess Lego didn't like them that much
It's technically a wave II set, believe it or not, even though it's clearly not Outlands.
Love the video keep uploading
