I can't thank you enough MakeLAUGHnotWAR for posting this. We in America didn't get to see this special. Looking forward to Inside the Mentalist as well. You have made many Simon Baker and The Mentalist fans very happy by posting this 4 part series
The Aussie Mafia... ha ha. "Hey, when you see Simon, tell him that your mother thinks he's a real fox!" Niiice, Robin, niiice. Aw, she's so cute! :) It was an awesome season finale... even though it was months ago. I can't wait for the start of season 2!!
When he smiles I smile (and no I'm not gay), probably because I like to see a smile of a clever fellow. or because we both laugh for the same reason :)
Oh dear, the voice-over lady overdid her job... Can anyone say 'cheese'? Did I thank you for posting these? No? Thanks! :P Can't wait for the second special!
There's a bit that this woman doesnt seem to know. IN fact, Simon Baker got the lead role in the critically acclaimed series of "The Guardian", which won awards. He had climbed into the spotlight before The Mentalist, which is why he was, in fact, offered the role of Patrick Lane - he didnt audition for it. It was partly, I suspect, written for him, as he and his screen character share quite a few characteristics.
the australian accent is his, of course it suits him! why is everyone talking about "the aussie". is it something bad to be from australia? i don't think so. he's got more class, style and manners than a lot of his american colleagues! maybe that's what makes him so likeable. hope hollywood doesn't spoil him!
Ignoring Jane, think about yourself and reply 1 if you found yourself in the serial or 0 if you didn't found yourself. Post any other number if you think that this chain of questions was in vain.
Just saying...in my experience Aussies and Americans get along far better than Americans and the Brits. The latter have the history, but Australians seem to have a culture closer to ours.
