This is now my favourite of the settlements you've built so far :) And I really like that you're doing lot of atom themes, they're sorely lacking quests and development even though we got a bit from far harbor.
It's crazy to think this is on PS4 with no mods and you are able to make something that is just as good as a Bethesda level designer is able to make. Great job!!
This left me gobsmacked to say the least. I didn't think it was that big. One word: Immersion. Although I really missed your VO, maybe you could do a video where you alternate between showing the build (not all of it) and the finished product. All in all this is genius pure genius.
It looked so good entering with the traffic light changing it was the only thing saying the town was in use or active but every was out scavenging or sleeping and the rain made it 10 times better
Took a while to get the decoration but with all the cool glowing bottles, it was worth the wait. You should do another rebuild series on another one of the smaller settlements. The coastal cottage could do with some love or the Mechanist' s place

Some of the lighting is a little weird (for example with the pavilion at the front, you have a few lanterns and a lamp post that clashes with the glowing bottles) Other than that I think this build is freakin awesome

Hey man, when mods come out for PS4 are you going to start using mods for your builds that are lore friendly along with infinite supplies or will you continue to do things as you have? Been playing around with some lore friendly mods along with lighting fixes and such and I think they'd do very well with your builds.
Could you do a Raider settlement? I'm starting a new Raider-like character (With alternate start mod) and I would like to see what you could do with it, with all those spiked poles, gore bags and raider tents.
To be honest, though it's a common and cheesy idea, you could use Hangman's Alley as a start. You could incorporate this video and his "Urban Planning" to create that shanty, messy, unhygienic raider-like area. Also dressing the settlers in raider armor and Pipe Rifles/Pistols. Just a thought.
A Drumming Duck I'm thinking of using Starlight drive in, beef it up a bit with the Scrap fences and Shacks on stilts. Then in the middle i'll have a tall arena around the radiation barrels like in the Pitt "Hole" arena.
Anyone know a more elegant way to circumvent the item limit for a settlement. Dropping stuff and store/scrapping or connecting a superfluous wire then storing it... CONSTANTLY! Gah! Doing my nut in.
I may be doing it wrong, but the rug glitch doesn't seem to be working for doorways, walls, or ceilings like the video for Sanctuary. I've looked up multiple videos using slight variations to the glitch, but they don't seem to work.
if you mean the rug glitch where you place an item on the rug and select the rug, then no -it's never worked with those items. Only works for 'objects' like furniture - nothing that snaps into place.

The TH-cam Phantom Official No they aren't, I've since found them. They're the bottle lights that come with Far Harbor, they just aren't in the light category, they're in the decorations category for some reason.
I'd prefer if you didn't use mods man. There are a bunch of TH-camrs out there doing fallout builds and using a ton of mods. I find your builds to be a lot more interesting without them and it gives me inspiration to build more also.

The gore bags are from the super mutants, but it can merge pretty well with the raider-like trapper cannibals.
