I would have made some chips out of the potatoes in the 'fridge instead of using the cheese tubes and would have made a tapenade out of the olives but, hell ya, I would eat that. It looks delicious.

Well I would eat it Greg. But for me I reckon it needs a couple of cocktail sticks to hold it together, then dunk it in batter and pop it in the deep fat fryer to finish it off😉🤗👍😜😋😋😋
I wouldn't leave the olives whole. I'd chop them finely and mix it into the sauce. I would swap the cheese tubes for something better like samboy salt and vinager.
Olive burgers are a wildly popular regional burger here in Michigan. We usually slice them though for a better texture when biting. I'd eat your burger every day of the week man! :)

FYI Putting bread in the fridge actually makes it go stale quicker than just leaving out on the bench, but freezing works well.
