This is a beautiful build but I what I find hard to believe about this kind of layout is why anyone would want the stove that close to the bed. If you put aside the possibility of a fire hazard, why expose your bed and sheets to smell and grease? For this build I would want the stove opposite the sink on the counter by the door or just get a portable unit. Perhaps another idea would be to have some kind of removable backsplash maybe even something transparent.
Its not a classical fire hazard because it is an induction cooktop. No open flames. Just the pot directly gets hot using magnetism. This is also not a van to be lived in, its an adventure van, so the owners probably dont cook that often in it - maybe just make coffee or tea or something...so the smells are not as important. If you have a fire outside that would add smells, or just sweating all day on the slopes
looks great. Love the ruggedness look of the outside and yet inside looks very homey. One question ---- you mention in the video that that is room for a 3rd person on that bench seat. Is that also allowed for traveling? Is there a seatbelt on it?
Our customers typically buy their vans from a dealer and then bring them to us for the conversion. All our vans are custom built, so pricing depends on multiple factors, including the components and accessories chosen and the complexity of the build.
Great van and nice roof rack😍 got a 2021 Ford Transit L3H3 4x4 and would be very nice on it. Ist there any possibilty that you guys deliver in other countries like germany too in future?
This is a custom build, so we build it according to our customer’s specifications. It has an exterior hot water shower. Some of our other builds have an interior shower.
do you guy every make a regular van without the humonguos garage? From what I've seen is that every custom van maker decides that everyone nees to have a humongous garage with the bed suspedended more than 5-6 feet off the floor of the van. So why not make one where the bed is only 17-24 inches off the floor? I bet you can't make one.... For the people and couples who are mobility compromised a van where the bed is not so high may be something that would interest others to buy one....
Our builds are fully custom, so we build according to our customer's specifications. In this case, they wanted a garage. A bed can be built significantly lower, as long as you leave clearance for the wheel wells.
there's so many same or similar designs that make these van conversions boring. of course its cheaper to sell wholesale style but to attract more customers i think i would want something unique
Very cool. Love the layout and design? AWD is a nice bonus.
This has to be one of the cleanest/well put together designs I have seen on a Transit. Great job!
grey water tank easy to empty? is it done through the floor? a full 5 gallon water tank will weigh 40 lbs.
Beautiful van! I am upgrading my Honda Element soon that I live out of for one of these bad boys soon!

Looks great, but aren’t carbon monoxide detectors supposed to be placed lower as it’s heavier than oxygen?
Do you guys recommend the dual alternator facotry for 2021 ford if doing 400amph of lithium battery?
Love your guys work.... keep crushing the vans guys
Thank you!

No, definitely not while the van is in motion. :)
so is there an estimated cost for the van Wilder conversion?? Do customers buy the van then send it to be converted or is is an all in one purchase??

No, not at this time! Thank you for asking. We’d love to grow our market but it will be several years. :)

just pausing at 5:13... my word that's a shocking headliner. Really, really bad.
