Nice little project 👍 I think it's awesome that you have inspired your friend at the landscaping supply company to start his own firewood business. Good video 😊 It looks like 20k subscribers is just around the corner.
Do you think those trees are planted too close together? Asking because I honestly don’t know, not trying to be a SA. Will the plants choke eachother out?
If it were my house I would have spaced them out more, ~ 3’ from drip line to drip line as they get very large. This is what the client wanted, and it wasn’t my job to bud in. They wanted instant screening and got it. It should afford my friend Kyle some job security of routine pruning to keep them in check.
Thuja “Green Giant”Arborvitae has become the screening tree of choice around here. Quick growing and hardy. Nice job Jake.
Yes they are everywhere!
“Do it once and do it right” very wise words to work by
Learned that my first day on the job doing tree work when I was 16 from my foreman and have lived by it since.

Yeah he just followed my model and went for it. We are about 40 miles away from each other so not really any competition
Nice of him to plant that deer food.
glad to see your excavator unloading skills have improved over the past year!
Awesome project
Thank you
Looks good. However I normally leave the burlap on the root ball.
You obviously didn't listen to what Jake said about 22:00 in lol, probably not a good idea to do that my man!
Youve certainly learned how to operyour excavator very efficiently!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Thanks! Still learning!
Nice looking toys you have. That old truck looks like a beast from the past
Thank you, it’s a 1992. Very flexible use, perfect truck for my ever changing workload.
Another fine job done.
Thank you James
Great work!
It must be fun working with those machines
It certainly is, especially because I’m getting paid to play!
Good job!
Thanks
Hey Jake, If you curl your bucket all the way in and back out about one inch that pin will slide right out with one finger. Or it should mine does.
I’ll have to try that!
Jake, another great video.

Are rear stabilizer jacks available for your equipment trailer? They would certainly help with loading and unloading heavy equipment on the trailer.
I plan on welding them on, just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Wheel chocks are on both my trucks and trailers now though 🤙🏼
CDL's are overrated, aint nobody got time for that nonsense!!
Dot will pull you over if you don’t have a company name
Well they didn’t.
@ got me last week on 84 reason I pulled you over no company name and did a level 1 inspection
I guess commercial truck drivers don’t need to wear seatbelts.
Took it off momentarily so I could film so the camera wouldn’t vibrate the viewers to death.
Get over it
@@DudeRanchDIYdo better bro. You got a kid to raise.
Don’t you just love people that have to gripe over every little thing i guess they feel empowered
Go away Karen ! 😊
