The way the rider handled that situation has all the telltale signs of being young and inexperienced with traffic. I don't think he'll live long if he's so unable to adapt defensively and rather speeds up to "create" a situation - just listen to the rev.

Had a Buddy hit Deer on Motorcycle, was going 55 and slit it in 2. He ended up broken Femur in Cast/Pins for 6 Months
I hit a deer last year at the same speed. Killed it. Flew off. Broken finger, fractured wrist and snapped my ankle. Got a metal plate and 7 screws now. Unfortunately my gopro wasn't on when it happened. Got to ride in a helicopter though 😂

Does anyone else think that rev-bombing/excessively revving your bike is just plain idiotic? Legitimately pissed off or not, pinning your poor bike to the rev-limiter is doing exactly jack-shit to the offending cager. Almost every video I watch where a biker rev bombs a car for either cutting them off or making an unsafe lane change, etc, doesn't do a damn thing. The car just keeps right on drifting over, so it clearly doesn't work. IMHO, rev-bombing serves no purpose other than to cause unnecessary wear and tear on your engine and makes you look like more of tool than the cager.
