Same here, I had a baby last week. I had such an amazing pregnancy. I also had unmedicated childbirth, it was not so easy and I have a second degree tear but I felt so strong throughout my labor. I had heard my friends telling me how they were exhausted, lost all energy and had to go for interventions like epidural or c section. I was in labor for a total of 11 hours and pushed for 2 hours but not once did I feel I lack stamina or energy. I did your workouts till the time I got my labor and I am so looking forward to starting my postpartum journey with you.

I used your videos throughout pregnancy and always read the positive birth stories in the comments for inspiration. I used your induction yoga and two days later I went into labor. My plan was to get an epidural no matter what. My labor was 2-3 hours and I pushed for 10 minutes with no time for an epidural. This was my second birth and I feel so proud and happy that it was unmedicated and so quick. I feel like this birth experience healed my from my first birth experience. I also believe my uterus just pushed the baby out by itself! Just like you said! Thanks for everything!

Thank you so much for all those wonderful videos! I started to follow your pregnancy workout in my 2nd trimester throughout my entire pregnancy and now postpartum, I had a fast and no complication delivery in mid Jan with very minimum tear, and I'm now only 10 lb away to return to my pre-pregnancy weight (and still get my abs!) Can't thank you enough!!!

Jessica! I found your channel early in my second trimester and have been working out with you daily since. Just a few days ago, 9/15/22, we welcomed our second baby! 🍼 I had a quick, unmedicated, empowering labor, and a VBAC!!! The hospital staff that worked with us was amazed how fast and smooth it went. I've been very anxious about my labor, since the first one was rather traumatic, and I was going for a VBAC that carries some risks. I am so thankful for all you do, your workout videos, educational ones, and the meditations (I've listened to them on repeat during my contractions). Breathing techniques and squeezing the comb in my hand is what got me through the most powerful surges (I still had red marks on my palms for 2 days after haha). I literally wanted to hug you after the baby was delivered. THANK YOU! You are making an amazing difference for so many women. I am looking forward to going through your postpartum videos and workouts soon:) much love and hugs!

Your videos were so helpful to me during my pregnancy. My baby is almost a month old now and I’m starting to feel ready for some light stretching, so really glad I looked up this video! While my birth was harder than I imagined and so did get an epidural, I still found your techniques incredibly helpful. I didn’t cry or break down at all during labor and I think it was due to some of your breathing and meditation techniques. Thank you so much! Looking forward to all your workout videos when I’m cleared to start exercising again after I’m all healed.

It’s designed to be safe after c-section, but your doctor would be the one to know for sure. You can even take the video in and scroll it through to double check :) If you try, ensure to keep your ribs pulled in (as I cue) to not stretch around your scar.
