Burmese Noodle Salad

- 1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup julienned cucumber
1 16 oz. tofu, fried (slice, fry and then cut into strips)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped lemongrass
1 cup thinly sliced banana flowers (rinse 3-4 times)
1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
1 package spaghetti noodles (or noodles of your choice)
When preparing each serving add:
1 tablespoon bean powder
Chili powder (Indian or Thai chili) to your taste
1 teaspoon Aji-no-moto salt
Sriracha sauce to your taste
2 tablespoons fried garlic in oil
1 teaspoon fish sauce (may be substituted with vegetarian “fish” sauce)
2 tablespoons sour tamarind water (soak tamarind in water)
Combine ingredients to your taste and mix well to incorporate flavors.

This is not authentic recipe .You also need fried onion,Chili oil,Shrimp powder.

This is not the traditional Burmese noodle salad.
Please don't say like that.Everyone can use different ingredient .Some Burmese do like her ingredient.
