Burmese assorted noodle salad ခေါက်ဆွဲအစုံသုပ်

This month watering noodle salad is one of the popular street food in Burma. We eat this as breakfast, sometimes lunch or dinner. When I was in my hometown, I eat this salad all the time. But, you can make this at home. It may takes a little time but it worth it to make with family and friends while gathering.
