French Alpine Skier Jean-Claude Killy won 3 gold medals at the Grenoble 1968 Winter Olympic Games. Killy became Olympic champion in the Downhill, Giant Slalom and Slalom Skiing events.

Incredible Champion one of the GOATS .. how could he ski so fantastic in those tiny leather Lange boots? Amazing skier.
It was a Le Trappeur Elite. Duvillard used Lange. May be Lacroix too.
The boots where not bad. I drove the same in the 60s. They fit with the skies.

Jean-Claude Killy...a 1:39.6 would be an 800 meter record in track...done on 2 separate days however...the show that brought Peter Snell the runner and Yasremski the Boston Red Sox player was interesting...Yaz did a 2:12 half and Snell competed in a bike time trial....all great athletes...hard to determine who is the "best" of all time. Each sport is so specialized...even soccer....vs the Marathon runners....
Used a combination of Dynamic and Rossignol skis.
